John joined Avery Dennison over 20 years ago. In his current role as Director of Manufacturing Automation, he manages a team of technical manufacturing and engineering professionals supporting the business throughout Asia, EMEA, and Americas regions. John oversees global standards and strategic improvement initiatives to accelerate business performance, strengthen manufacturing capabilities, and launching new business programs – focusing on service, quality and cost. One of his recent achievements includes developing a breakthrough manufacturing automation strategy focused on lead time and cost reduction for the business and leading the global implementation. John holds a BSME, Engineering degree from University of Pittsburgh.
