Assistant Manager - Associate Relations Subaru

Greg Cheatham is an Assistant Manager – Associate Relations at Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc.  He has over 15 years of Human Resource experience.  Greg’s areas of focus have been in Recruiting, Onboarding, Positive Employee Management, Production Supervisory Development, Team Building and Conflict Resolution.  

At Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc., Greg developed the Internship Program for Tool & Die Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance.  He developed the curriculum for the Variable Worker internship and onboarding program. Also, under his leadership Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Inc. has initiated a monthly Application of Policies and Procedures Program for Front-line Production Supervisors.
