Chris Teasley is a seasoned industry leader with 27 years of extensive experience in driving innovation, operational excellence, Industry 4.0, and strategic growth within the automotive market. Currently serving as Assistant Plant Manager at Bridgewater Interiors/ Adient, Chris also contributes to the industry as a member of the Modern Manufacturing advisory board and active supporter of Alabama Works F.A.M.E. program. He is dedicated to advocating education by collaborating with local colleges to develop dynamic curricula that align with industry skills and talents required in the automotive industry. Throughout his career, Chris has been a passionate advocate for youth development, fostering partnerships between industry and public schools across Wisconsin, North Carolina, Georgia and Alabama. In his current role, Chris leads a multi-disciplinary operations team, managing all facets of the organization. He leverages his global experience -having worked in 8 countries- to design and implement process improvements, develop production lines, introduce automation, and manage green space initiatives that drive both efficiency and innovation. With a deep commitment to operational leadership and a passion for transformative solutions, Chris is focused on ensuring Bridgewater Interiors remains a leader in quality and innovation, enhancing the customer experience on a global scale.
