Chuck Fornicola

Chuck Fornicola is the Senior Manager of Quality Excellence at the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company. Chuck currently serves as the Digital Quality strategy champion, which brings operational quality solutions through data engineering, analytics, use of Digital Twins, and AI/machine learning—all working towards prescriptive control.

For more than 25 years, Chuck has held various leadership roles, working across all regions, business units and with all levels of quality. He leads Goodyear Quality’s technical and leadership development and is currently leading the Quality Pillar global deployment for Goodyear’s Plant Optimization program (Goodyear’s Manufacturing System). Chuck has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin as well as a Master of Science degree in Engineering/Technology Management from Oklahoma State University.
