Dale found his way to a new life in manufacturing digitalization after over 20 years developing and managing a wide variety of discrete manufacturing systems, primarily at Honda. Continuous improvement is a way of life at Honda, and in a new world order where technical careers in factories are approached with a different dedication than held by earlier generations, it has become apparent that future cycles of improvement will lean more and more upon connected technologies. Dale shifted his focus to machine networking and cybersecurity 10 years ago beginning a continuously evolving strategy to leverage emerging digital enabled machine controls to simplify and automate processes for machine, process, and quality monitoring.
