Dan McLean

SVP of Business Strategy Capmation

Dan has 25 plus years of leadership and sales experience, with the last 22 coming in the Business and IT consulting industry. At Capmation he drives both our strategy, program management office and overall sales and marketing. As a member of the leadership team his main goal is to change lives for our clients, team and partnerships by doing things in a better more collaborative way.

Previously he had instrumental leader in expanding Consulting Services, National and Key Accounts programs with specific leadership roles within Manufacturing, Logistics, Healthcare and Financial Services. Dan’s successes within those verticals included creating relationships and partnerships accounts, creating large scale expansion within those accounts. His success has been driving both staff augmentation and consulting services, increasing margin and mentoring key team members and with the leadership teams. In addition to his Vertical and Key Accounts roles he created and ran a Diversity & Inclusion solution. He has help prior roles including various VP and director level sales and operations positions with full P&L responsibilities. His experience has bridged across the consulting, staffing and transportation industries. Personally, he graduated from Purdue University and has a wife and three kids.

His hobbies are travel, giving back to the community, breweries, golf and spending time with family and friends. He has served on several non-profit boards and he is a current board member with Hope Communities (https://hope-community.org/) and while his kids were growing up he coached over 35 teams in various sports.
