Jeff originally started his career as a co-op student in Southwire’s manufacturing operations. Since joining the company full time he has held various roles in maintenance, engineering and site leadership. During his 30 year career he has had the privilege to manage different teams with a focus on employee engagement and operational improvement initiatives. The experience gained in the day-to-day details provided a strong base to lead the Industry 4.0 journey in Southwire’s manufacturing space. His focus for the Connected Enterprise is to leverage technology and data to provide users with relevant information in an intelligent manner to support user experience and highlight operational improvement opportunities.
