Jeff Klabunde is an experienced operations executive with a talent for designing effective strategies that help companies navigate change and improve their operational and financial performance. Most recently, Jeff was VP Product, Operations Excellence and Integration at Brinks. He previously held leadership roles at Adient as Director of Manufacturing Strategy, Seat Structures, and Mechanisms; and at Johnson Controls where he spent more than 23 years and capped his career there as Director of Manufacturing Excellence.

He has a track record of assisting manufacturers in meeting or exceeding growth targets through his leadership, strategy development, and diverse experience.
