Day Two – June 26, 2024

12:45 PM DEEP-DIVE INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP Threading the Needle Between Two Generations of Workers So That Each Group Learns From the Other

Most manufacturers have two very important worker cohorts -- those with decades of manufacturing experience but limited digital enablement, and digital natives with limited manufacturing experience but a natural and intuitive understanding of how to use digital tools. Each cohort has something to offer the other, but how can manufacturers bridge this divide when it comes to digital transformation and adoption.

  • What are the generational dynamics at play including the experiences, expectations, and learning styles of each generation.
  • Lessons learned when introducing new digital tools into the manufacturing eco-system.
  • Approaches to encourage worker engagement, collaboration, and ultimately…results

Check out the incredible speaker line-up to see who will be joining Jennifer.
