Jesper Touboel

VP Operations – Moulding Production LEGO Group

Jesper leads the Danish division of the LEGO Group's molding and qualification factory, encompassing both advanced mass production and the maturation of new technologies. Jesper has also made significant contributions to the innovation of product design and production equipment, leading to the establishment of engineering centers in Singapore, Mexico, and Denmark. Throughout his work, Jesper deeply focuses on how advanced technology and the right people can support his visions and enable the future.

Jesper has worked for LEGO in various roles, including: Responsibility for R&D in packaging, decoration, and assembly. Oversight of product development for LEGO DUPLO, LEGO Games, LEGO Technic, LEGO Hero Factory - from concept to finished product. Establishment of logistics strategy, delivering a turnaround that increased differentiated services and reduced costs through measures such as outsourcing, site consolidation, and redefining logistics service offerings. Jesper is a true LEGO enthusiast and places significant emphasis on how he can ensure the LEGO Group's continued focus on leadership, the evolution of the LEGO Group on diversity and inclusion agenda, and ensuring learning becomes a part of every employee's development and focus.
