Ken is Worldwide Director, Advanced Technology Capability Centers for Johnson & Johnson (J&J) Supply Chain. Ken leverages strong technical knowledge and leadership experience to bring Smart Manufacturing Solutions across the pharmaceutical, medical device, and consumer health sectors of Johnson & Johnson.

in this role, he leads an enterprise-wide engineering organization supporting all segments of J&J. He focuses on identifying, developing and implementing substantial and disruptive innovative technologies for the J&J Supply Chain using Industry 4.0 technologies such as Automation, Robotics, Sensors, Advanced Materials, Digital Twin & Advanced Materials.

During the Covid-19 Pandemic, Ken led J&J’s global COVID response for production of protective equipment and medical devices. As part of his current responsibilities, Ken is part of a focused core team tasked with bringing innovations into creating the next generation of Pharmaceutical and Medical Technology Manufacturing facilities for J&J.

Ken is active in his community, serving leadership and advisory roles as a Trustee of his church and with Scouting USA, respectively. He is also an accomplished home brewer, using instrumentation and sensing to optimize his batches. Ken lives in Massachusetts with his wife, with children living nearby.
