Richard Boulware

Global Director, Logistics IFF

Richard Boulware, MBA, CPSM, is Director, Global Logistics for International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. Rich collaborates with procurement, planning and operations to streamline inbound, outbound and intercompany material flows delivering improved levels of cost control, process governance and trade compliance. In his 15 years with IFF, Mr. Boulware has held various positions in IFF’s Supply Chain organization. Mr. Boulware has been an active leader in supply chain strategy, strategic sourcing and global supplier relationship management. 

Over his career, he has held roles in engineering and operations in the pharmaceuticals industry and in software development and program management for the automotive industry during the dot com boom. Mr. Boulware recently relocated to the Netherlands to join his peers working in IFF's new Supply Chain Hub office.  

Mr. Boulware will be sharing his recent real world experiences in taking on the task of integrating IFF's 3PL logistics partners as a key component of an enterprise-wide Logistics Strategy for International Flavors and Fragrances Inc.
