Sagar Paul is Chief Revenue & Growth Officer at The Modern Data Company, where he leads go-to-market strategy and enterprise solutioning with a focus on helping CDOs and operations leaders convert data debt into AI readiness. He brings over three decades of experience spanning technology consulting, data and analytics, and global business development.

Before joining The Modern Data Company, Sagar spent nearly a decade at Thoughtworks as Director and Global Head of Productized Solutions, and prior to that held senior roles at Mu Sigma and MindTree, where he served as Chief Knowledge Officer and spent over a decade leading growth across the ASEAN region, APAC, and the Americas. Earlier in his career, he consulted on supply chain technology at PricewaterhouseCoopers and led operations research and IT initiatives at Tata Steel.

Sagar holds a PGDBM in Operations & Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.E. in Computer Science from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
