Sam Chance

Mr. Samuel Chance retired from the U.S. Navy in 2006 and currently serves as a Principal Consultant with Cambridge Semantics. Mr. Chance completed his master’s thesis in Semantic Web Technologies in 2003. He possesses over 35 years of experience in electronics engineering, data architecture and distributed systems design. Mr. Chance has broad technical expertise in Semantics-based Computing, Intelligent Agent systems and Knowledge Management. He participated on International Standards Organization and World Wide Web Consortium working groups. Mr. Chance worked as a system engineer for various Intelligence Community agencies before joining Cambridge Semantics.
