Tim Raglin is COO and a founding partner of Skillwork where he oversees operations for the organization, a company entirely focused on delivering world class skilled labor to great companies all around the country. In this role, he leads the team that develops the processes, tools, and procedures used to locate, recruit, and deploy their team of highly skilled tradesmen. In addition, Tim's commitment to fostering positive workplace culture aligns with the Skillwork philosophy of honoring God, bringing respect back to the skilled trades, and positively impacting those around them. Tim co-hosts the Skillwork Forum Podcast alongside CEO Brett Elliott, sharing valuable insight with skilled trades professionals and business leaders.
