Mike leads ISG’s engineering service practice in the Americas and has over twenty years of leadership experience. He offers ISGs clients considerable expertise in engineering services (ES) and manufacturing, Clients benefit from his diverse background working with clients in virtually all discrete and process manufacturing segments. His range of client engagement varies from leading technology companies to heavy equipment manufacturers, railways, aerospace and industrial products. He has crafted solutions and managed the relationship and overall delivery of consulting and outsourcing services for each of his clients. Prior to joining ISG, Mike was an entrepreneur who helped to successfully launch the engineering services business eServ which would later be acquired by Perot Systems where Mike served as Chief Engineering Officer and was responsible for the operations and strategy development of the engineering services offering as well as its cross over into IT related services. Following the acquisition by Dell Mike became the chief executive of Dell’s independent engineering services arm as well as a key contributor to Dell’s IoT and digital strategy for manufacturing clients. In this role Mike advised manufacturing and IT organizations on shaping their digital and IoT strategies. Mike has worked with over fifty Fortune 500 clients to manage and establish their engineering services engagement and has set up more than five global centers throughout the world to serve those clients. He has been inside countless manufacturing facilities and has a broad understanding of multiple industries giving him insight to leverage best practices.
